- All Cat Grooms will require an assessment to be done at drop off by our Cat Groomer Kaley. Please allow 10 minutes for a grooming assessment.

- Grooming recommendations will be made based on the health and safety of both the cat and the groomer.

- We will focus on preventative grooming. This means our goal will be to have our cat clients pre-booked on a grooming schedule that is recommended by the groomer, based on the cats individual needs.
